Engineering Support for a Leading Process OEM to Automate & Optimize Production for a Dairy Plant in Italy

We are glad to announce the successful closure of our complex development and commissioning projects in Italy. We supported a leading process OEM to serve their end client- a major Italian F&B manufacturer. With our industrial automation engineering services; we enabled the customer to establish a new process line for margarine. We also helped to optimize the production site to create a central production facility for a wide range of different margarine and shortening products.

We assumed end to end ownership of the entire Industrial Automation life-cycle from Functional Design Specification (FDS) development, PLC code design, SCADA Application Development, PICS Pro-Simulation and Commissioning of the systems.

Speaking on the release, Mr. Navneet Khanolkar, Head- Global Engineering Division, Sarla Technologies said, the project was based on Siemens S7-400 series, Siemens TIA Portal and had FactoryTalk View 8.00 as the SCADA. Our engineers have rich experience of all processes for margarine production. We worked seamlessly with our customer to realize the project with 95%+ KPIs of on-time delivery and first time right.”
