End-to-end Automation System Engineering for a leading Robotics company in USA

We are glad to share the successful completion of an end-to-end automation engineering for Cylinder Head & Cylinder Block robotic material handling system at a leading robotics company in USA. This complex material handling automation engineering project was designed to introduce a buffer storage in the assembly line and ensure continuous production at the shop floor.

The scope of our Engineering deliverable included Design and Development of Siemens Safety PLC’s and HMI, Simulation testing, Onsite commissioning, Proving and support. We engineered the integration of Cylinder Block and Cylinder Head handling system with the robotic system & Siemens PLC. Siemens Safety PLC, Robotic System and TIA Portal V13 was used for design and development in the project.
